I am very excited to bring brand new facial rejuvenation workshops combining all these wonderful therapies to you in 2021!

Keep your eyes peeled!!

It’s amazing how stress and illness can show up on the face.

The very reason I delved deeper and trained further into working specifically on the face is because after almost 20 years of chronic pain myself, I could see very clear tell-tale signs and I wanted to be able to address these as naturally as possible.

The more I trained and the more I shared with my clients, the more and more interest I was receiving and requests to offer this as part of my services.

I am delighted to be able to offer these treatments to you as I know first hand what a difference they can make to our overall self confidence, and ultimately feeling comfortable in our own skin.

Facial Acupuncture

This treatment helps make the skin look younger, smoother, and all-around healthier. It addresses not only signs of aging, but also the skin’s overall health.

It works internally to optimise your health while simultaneously enhancing the appearance of your skin.

Smaller needles are used in very specific points on the face, as the needles puncture the skin, just like with body acupuncture, they create positive micro-traumas. When your body senses these wounds, it goes into repair mode.

These punctures stimulate your lymphatic and circulatory system, which work together to deliver nutrients and oxygen to your skin cells, nourishing skin from the inside out. This helps even out your complexion and promote skin’s glow.

The positive micro-traumas also stimulate the production of collagen which helps improve elasticity, minimizing fine lines and wrinkles.

Gua Sha

Practised for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine, the Gua Sha tool (pronounced gwa sha) is used to sculpt, lift, and firm to reduce signs of ageing and reinvigorate your complexion.

Due to it’s powerful circulation boosting powers, Gua Sha has a lot to offer when it comes to improving the appearance of the face and skin:

  • Improves circulation – Gua Sha has been found to improve circulation by up to 400%, helping to stimulate the soft tissue to and encourage cell renewal.

  • Relieves muscle tension – Gua Sha can release any tension and stress in the facial muscles. Whether you’re a teeth clencher, frowner, or even a chronic smiler, using this clever little tool will help relax those tight muscles.

  • Encourages lymphatic drainage – which will help de-puff and tighten the skin around the face and neck, reducing any inflammation and leaving it looking more contoured, brighter and younger.

  • Reduces wrinkles – probably one of its biggest selling points, Gua Sha has amazing anti ageing properties. Helping to boost collagen production through increased circulation, the treatment helps target dark circles, fine lines and wrinkles for an all over smoother and younger looking complexion.

Face Yoga

I started learning this practise myself, as I wanted a natural way to help relax, tone and tighten my own face. But I quickly realised these movements where so powerful, I was seeing wonderful results and I wanted to share them with you all! Plus they tie in beautifully with natural facial rejuvenation.

So I delved deeper and invested in an amazing course and am now a fully qualified face yoga teacher!

These facial movements and exercises are specifically developed to:

  • Strengthen the muscles in your face creating a firmer, more sculpted face line

  • Reduce the appearance of wrinkles

  • Increase blood and oxygen circulation resulting in younger, more radiant, glowing skin

  • Release any tension in the face and neck

  • Firm and tighten the facial skin

  • Add more symmetry to your face

  • Slow down the ageing process
