Clean your ear throughly and allow to dry completely for maximum adhesion.

Never apply the seeds in your ear canal - only on external points as illustrated in the Home Ear Seeding Kit.

You can keep the ear seeds on for up to 5 days.

These seeds are not recommended during pregnancy as they can be too stimulating for certain parts of the body.

Avoid use of seeds on irritated skin or open lesions or if you are allergic to plasters.

If you find the seeds are really hurting your ears (more than just a tender feeling), remove them at any time. They are only held on by a plaster and can be removed at any time.
