S-Shape Rose Quartz Body Scraper
This Gua-Sha body tool has been designed with a longer handle and curve for an easy and comfortable grip, making hard to reach areas e.g. between shoulder blades / feet etc that bit easier to reach and work on.
Using short or long strokes at a comfortable level of pressure, over a painful or tight area, increases blood flow and dissipates lymph which in turn promotes circulation, relieving muscle and joint pain and tension and therefore speeds up the healing process.
Please note – if you scrape heavily it can sometimes cause petechiae – a bruised area – but this disappears in 2-4 days.

Contraindications:
> Do not scrape over any mole, pimple, varicose veins, skin disorders, wounds or scratches. Avoid use on very weak or elderly whose skin may be too frail.
> Gua~Sha is not recommended on the body during pregnancy due to strong acupressure points being stimulated
> Do not use on people with bleeding disorders, who are taking anti-coagulant medication or who have communicable diseases
> While using on the face, use gentle pressure to avoid bruises or marks
